The Design Studio lets you upload images and text onto our products. By submitting a design, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights. We may decline to print designs that are illegal, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Bold Type Graphics owns the site design, logos, and non‑user‑submitted content. Your uploaded designs remain yours — we use them only to produce and ship your order.
We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these terms as the store evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
